Long Tap context menu on shabad view (shown above) includes the Internet Explorer "Add to Favorites" Either remove the context menu, or include a way to add the shabad to GA favorites. Actually this should be possible anyways.

I just downloaded version 2.0.2 . It lets me add shabad to favourites but if I go to view tab and click favourites it shows nothing. On this screen two options in menu on right hand bottom corner also dont work. Favourites function is really important to me as I want to keep a list of shabads that strike me more as per my own level on gurmat.
I use windows mobile on htc touch dual.
Its a wonderfull sewa you are doing. May waheguru bless you with chardikala.

Can you please follow the below and provide results:
1. Switch on your device and ensure GA is not running
2. Open file explorer and navigate to "My Device"
2. Do you have a file named "favorites"

Yes I can see the favourites file under "my device". Its empty xml file.
Also I can open favourites through IE. I was able to save and open favourites in sttm.

The easy option would be to:
1. Shutdown/Exit GA
2. Delete the favorites.xml file
3. Then start GA.

1. I exited GA.
2. deleted favourites file in "my device"
3.start GA.
4.Search for a shabad.
5.Long tap on screen and add to favourites. It lets me choose folder and add to favourites.
6.Now I go to view tab in GA.
7.I get a blank screen.long tap options disabled.
8."View" tab on this screen at right hand corner shows two options. But tap on them doesnt work.
So I think I am still not able to use favourites function.
Thanks for your help.

I have just realized what you are doing. I think you are trying to save a favorite once you have open a shabad. If you long click on the body of the page/document that is loaded, you will get a menu that is not part of GA, it is a IE menu which doesn't actually do anything.
The only way you can save a favorite is by:
1. Search for a shabad
2. Then long click one of the result lines and select Add to Favorite.
Sorry but each document/shabad is loaded in a embedded IE control, and the menu it displays has no control over GA favorites.
I hope this make sense.

Thanks very much. I didnt know that was the way in GA. I am able to add to favourites now. I think it will be great if there is some sort of help documentation which can tell how to use each feature.
But what you are doing is just great. May waheguru keep you in chardikala.
Thanks
