 waheguru ji ka khalsa

waheguru ji ki fateh

There are some Gurmukhi characters like "tippi" or "bindi" . It is not available on the Gurmukhi keypad provided.

I found a workaround to this problem by usng physical phone keys of my phone. Forexample if i want to type word "chinta"  I have to type "chcha" "Sihari" "tippi""tatta" "kanna" .

I can put "tippi" on its own by using "n" from physical keypad of my phone.

Problem is that this workaround doesn't work for SDGS or BGV. It works only for SGGS.

for SDGS and BGV , using physical keys just puts a square block.

I hope you understand what I tried to explain.

Is there some solution to this problem already available?

Thanks

Vaahiguroo Jee Kaa Khaalsaa, Vaahiguroo Jee Kee Fateh

I've also noticed this. Although I don't have a physical keyboard, I mostly use the HTC/Windows keyboard on screen, but cannot do so for SDGS and BGV. Those two seem to use the unicode font. Perhaps it has to do with that.
