Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh...!!!
Dear Veerjio,
I have gone through a couple of threads and have come across the issues being faced by users on different mobile phones. Can you please tell which phone best supports the application?

Basically any phone running Windows Mobile 6 Proffesional (not Standard) will work perfectly fine for this application. There are several reports of problems running on WM 6 Standard, so I would avoid those.
Best way to check is to pick a provider, go to the store, check out the windows mobile phones. Click Start --> settings -->system ---> about The first line should say something like "Windows Mobile 6.1 Proffesional"

Thank you sikh nerd for replying, sorry for late reply, we have been very busy on other platform developments.
Please tell us what you want to use your phone for i.e. internet, email, organiser GA etc
and we can help you choose a good device. GA for iPhone will be available in the next few days/weeks so you could go for an iphone?
GA for blackberry, android and symbian are still in development.
Regards
GA Team

Will GA 2.0 run on Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard edition when it is released? I currently have WinMo 6.1 but it is capable of the 6.5 upgrade when it is released. Or would it have to be WinMo 6.5 Professional ? Any idea how that will play out?

We currentley only support windows mobile professional, saying that we have not been able to test GA on WM 6.5 as we cannot possibley purchase every mobile device for testing as there are hundreds of variations of windows mobile devices around the world.
We are in the middle of a huge market research project to document suported and un-supported devices. You may have received an email so please reply with details of your device.
We are very active on our projects and we try very hard to support the majority of handsets available on the market. We will be showing status of our projects online very soon so the sangat can be made aware of release dates and deadlines.
The iPhone/iTouch release will be available in the coming weeks.

I COMPLETELY understand and thank you so much for all your incredible seva with this project. I just don't know anything about WinMo programming or if you guys knew if the new version had whatever 6.1 Standard lacked. I'l make sure to test out GA 2.0 on my WInMo 6.5 as soon as I get it and let you guys know.
Thanks again for everything...
