Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.

I have installed Gurbani Anywhere ver 2.1.0.0 on my PDA HTC Touch running Windows 6.1.

I can search Shabds without problem. However, the full Shabd is displayed on the screen thus making the fonts too small and almost impossible to read. The font appears to be size 6. I have gone into the Menu and selected the largest font size of 18 but the font size in the display does not increase.

Could somebody assist me how to rectify the problem.

Please can you provide the following details:

Device Make & Model: "example - HTC Touch Pro"
Device Operating System "example - Windows Mobile Professional 6.1"
GA Version: "example - 2.1.0"

I assume the Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 is an official ROM and not a custom build.

If you could also install "SPB Screenshot Capture Tool" on your mobile device, which is available from our download page. Once installed you can take screenshots of the problem.

Tip: Set SPB Screenshot Capture Tool to take a screenshot after 10 seconds, this will give you a chance re-open GA and capture the problem

Where did you get the custom built ROM from? It is difficult to support custom built ROM's as the guys who "cook" build them tend to cut things down to improve performance but this can cause problems for other applications.

Also please ensure you have "Cleartype" enabled in your settings.

I have a similar problem to the user above.

I have a HD2 for which v3.0.0.2 works fine, but I had given my old phone to my father. It is a Touch Cruise and I try to run the same version on this phone and all I can see if the shabad being very large, so all I can see is a "haha" - Panjabi H.

I used GA on my old phone before and never had this problem.

Any advice?
